Kristian Hamer

CEO & Senior Valuer

Hi, I’m Kristian the founder of Kristian Allan Sales, Lettings & Property Management. I am proud to be Bury born and bred which not only gives me a wide knowledge of the area and the local property market but it also gives me a sense that I am serving my local community by helping people during what can be an emotional and sometimes stressful time.

I was originally a fireman within Greater Manchester but property has always been my real passion. I started my property career by building a small portfolio of Buy To Let investments alongside rescuing kittens from trees but 10 years ago I had the opportunity to turn my hobby into a real business. I have spent this time expanding my knowledge and building a strong, experienced team around me who combined have over 100 years of experience.

Yes we are good at selling houses – that’s why we have been ranked in the top 5% of estate agents in the country for the last 2 years running but we are even better at delivering a service standard that we believe is second to none.

I am blessed to have the support of my beautiful family who I spend time outside of work with. I attend as many netball games as I can to support my youngest Ella whilst fast cars is a passion that I share with my eldest, Ollie. In the background keeping everything in order is my wife of 14 years Rebecca who also runs her own successful business whilst juggling family life.

Tom Taylor

Hi, I’m Tom.  I have recently completed an apprenticeship programme and am now a qualified estate agent.  After completing my apprenticeship with Kristian Allan I am delighted to have been offered a permanent position with the company as a Sales Valuer.  I love meeting clients in their homes and giving them the best advice possible with regards to selling and helping them move on with their future plans.  I was born in Bury and know the area like the back of my hand and my local knowledge comes in very handy in my job with no two days being the same it makes my role really interesting.

Outside of work I enjoy playing football, am a keen Manchester United supporter and also like getting out on my mountain bike with my friends.  I have recently started going to the gym and learning to Ski which has gone better than I thought it would with both my ski’s being kept firming on the snow. My girlfriend ‘Georgia’ and I are currently saving to buy our first home together which I am looking forward to next year as always been a goal of mine to own properties for myself and for investment, so I thought why not work in the field that I enjoy? I would recommend doing what you love, it makes life less stressful. One of the main things I love about my job is that no two days are the same. Every day you see new people, new houses and come across new situations.

Lisa Pickford

Hi, my name is Lisa and I have worked alongside my brother Kristian for the last 5 years helping to build the family business into the award-winning agency it is today. I am predominantly from a customer service background therefore I am constantly looking at how we can improve our customer’s experience to make their journey with us the best it can possibly be. I have first-hand experience of how stressful moving home can be and I use this knowledge to try to deal with our client’s with empathy and understanding.

I am responsible for the marketing of our client’s homes which is something that I take pride in doing to the best of my ability. Technology has moved on massively since I was processing shots in a dark room at college but my love for photography hasn’t changed and I am grateful that I get paid to do what I love to do!

Outside of work I spend time with my long-suffering husband, our 2 children and our dogs Charlie & Lucy. We enjoy taking the dogs for long walks exploring new areas and watching movies together afterwards. We have a fantastic bunch of friends all with similar aged children so we spend lots of time socialising and going on holidays together.

Sophie Marshall

Hi, I’m Sophie and I have been working at Kristian Allan for 6 years since starting as an apprentice. I can honestly say that I really enjoy what I do, and I love having the chance to progress within the business. Since starting here, in addition to in house training I have completed my NVQ level 2 & 3 Diplomas in Sale Of Residential Property and achieved a Level 3 in Customer Service, having also been recently promoted to Assistant Sales Manager.

I really enjoy every aspect of my job especially meeting new people, building relationships with our homeowners & purchasers and having a sense of achievement helping a sale progress from offer to completion.

My partner and I have bought our first home together and have recently welcomed our little puppy, Dudley. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, being sociable and going on walks. 

Luke Harrop

Hi I’m Luke, I am new to the team having joined Kristian Allan in August 2021 & am finding my feet within the property industry. Previously I worked in management within the food industry for 7 years and whilst I wanted a new challenge I have brought all my previous customer service experience to my role at Kristian Allan.

I am grateful to Kristian Allan for allowing me to start my career in estate agency with them and for showing me the ropes, they are a great team. I’m really enjoying visiting our clients properties, meeting new people every day and my aim is to help find purchasers their dream homes whilst delivering the best customer experience I can.

Outside of work I enjoy playing video games, watching Manchester United, going out with friends & relaxing with my Maltipoo “Buddy”.

Matthew Warwick

Personal Account Manager

Hi, I’m Matthew. I started in the Lettings team as a lettings
agent; and progressed into the sales department. You will probably see me out
on viewings as I do the majority of these. If not, I spend my time chasing
feedback, negotiating sales and chasing sale progression for our valued
customers. I have previously worked within social services, which has helped
transfer my adaptive and caring approach to our customers, vendors and buyers.

I love my job and hope to progress within the company. I really
enjoy working for Kristian Allan as I love their approach and family feel; all
the team are passionate about what they do, and we enjoy having a laugh in the
office.

In my spare time I enjoy keeping fit and going on long walks and
hikes around the local area; as well as going to further scenic areas. I also
used to be a chef, and still enjoy cooking for friends and socialising on my
days off; luckily for the staff team, I also cook for them too!

Siobhan Liver

Hi, I’m Siobhan. I have worked in the Lettings and Property Management Industry for 18 years, gaining a wide variety of knowledge from sourcing buy-to-let properties for portfolio landlords, managing tenancies and dealing with maintenance issues. I am well versed with all current legislation to ensure that our landlord’s investments are well looked after but also to ensure that our tenants enjoy living in safe and well maintained homes.

I have a busy home life having twin daughters aged 13 who I enjoy baking with and a 7 year old son who I love to watch playing football each week. I am happily married to Graeme and we enjoy family days out exploring and staying at home watching movies. When we do get time away from work and children we both like to eat out and enjoy a few cocktails!

Hi, I’m Kirsty. I have 15 years of experience in sales, account management and customer service and it’s really important to me to provide the best customer experience each and every time.

The team at Kristian Allan have welcomed me with open arms when I started with the company in February 2022 and I look forward to learning from the best and progressing within the company. I really enjoy building long lasting relationships and being a part of the Kristian Allan team allows me
to do this on a daily basis.

Outside of work I am Mum to a young son and am happily married to my husband Ross. We enjoy family days out with our cocker spaniel Winnie, travelling and binging on the latest Netflix series!
